President Md. Shahabuddin cast his vote through postal ballot for the upcoming 12th parliamentary election. The President and his spouse, Dr Rebecca Sultana, voted at Bangabhaban on Wednesday (January 3) at 11 am.
After casting the vote, President Md. Shahabuddin expressed hope that the parliamentary election would be held peacefully and festively with everyone’s participation.
At this time, the Secretary of the President’s Office, Sahad Barua, Military Secretary Major General SM Salah Uddin Islam, Press Secretary Md. Zainal Abedin and Joint Secretary Wahidul Islam Khan.
In this context, President Md. Shahabuddin urged all citizens to participate in the parliamentary election in a peaceful and celebratory environment.
